Good luck with your exercises. Let me know how you’re getting on and whether you need any additional exercises once you mastered these and noticed a difference in your power.

Hi,

Is it wise to use a heavy racket for these exercises? I have an old racket that I don’t use anymore and it’s weight is 100 grams.

If you have a heavy racquet then use it as it will help.
