Paul

I recently was involved in a mild acciden while travelling in a bus. Nothing serious.

But hurt my back a little. I have now fully recovered but cant seem to find my old form. my shots dont pack the usual pace and depth and my footwork is out of sorts.

please help

Maybe you are a little hesistant in the execution of your shots because of that injury? Do you fear hurting yourself again? You have to be really sure that everything is OK.

I am really sure that my injury is Ok.

But i think you are probably right. I am hesitant to play my shots as my coach pointed out yesterday.

He advised that i dont play for a few days until i properly get over it.

Any advice from you all will be much appreciated.
