Thank you to everyone here for their advice and help.

Because of it (and a bit of hard work on my part) I've been unanimously promoted to number one seed at my league club and am being headhunted by a few local clubs to play for their mixed teams, as a lack of available women has meant we aren't submitting a team this season.

Having played competitive sport all my life, things like this remind me why I do it and I'm sure this site has a lot to do with it.

The only downside is that Paul keeps having his coaching weekends on my kid's birthdays so I can't make them.

Again, thank you so much for everything.

Many congratulations and thanks from me to all who have contributed to Simon's success.

We're booking dates for Lilleshall 2012 at the moment. We've submitted a series of dates and awaiting confirmation whether they're available. We decided to look at February and September due to March being a busy period in the badminton calendar. Hopefully this will help. However as the February date isn't set yet, feel free to "suggest" a preferred date.
