Hi Everyone,

My boyfriend found this site as part of his research to improve his skills and ability.  There are lots of information very helpful.  I started badminton relatively late (only started when I was about to graduate from uni).  Without formal / professional training at a young age, I picked up lots of bad habits from social players.  My boyfriend and I are now wanting to bring our games to the next level.  I figure out that I need to unlearn bad habits first.  I will ask about unlearning bad habits at the intermediates forum.
