Newbie to the forum.

Been playing socially since I was 12ish and I'm 53 now !, never had any coaching and it probably shows.

Just recently started playing at a couple of summer clubs where the level of play is up a notch or two from what I'm used to, so I'll be perusing the forums for tips to improve my play, bearing in mind that at 53 there are physical limitations Laugh.

Thanks

Andy

Hi and welcome to the best kept secret in badminton on the Internet!

Rule one, if you want to become a better player and beat people at your club, best not tell them about this website! Wink

Rule two, listen to all advice and make of it what you will. At the end of the day you know what you want to achieve, we simply just supply you with information and advice and if your name is Paul, probably new ideas that you won't find else where Wink

Regardless of your age or playing ability, you've come to the right place Cool

Happy foruming,

Pete
