I would like to give and send my deepest thanks for you Sir Paul for the free tutorials and infos you share here, sir.

I'm a 22 yr old young adult who recently played again after stopping for 1.5 yrs. I was very active and competent before when i was still 16-20 yrs.,but when my Yonex Carbonex _ (i dont remmber the model anymore, sorry :( ) broke after my last match in college, i eventually stopped.coz, i dont have budget for expensive bdmintons. But right now, after having my first company work, and earnings, i recently bought an oldie Yonex Nanospeed 200 gutted with Asthaway MicroLegend @22 lbs tension, and i'm starting to light my passion for badminton on fire again. After googling many tutorials, thnk God i found your site/forum. Ive been following your tutorials for about a week now and ive been noticing changes and improvements physically, as well as in the game.. How i wish i could bring back my agility, power & control back when i was young..

I really liked your armchair exercises sir.,especially the one with a stone string-attached to racquet.,and the hammer excercise ^_^ i am fond of those kind of exercises, i mean- excercises that may not professionally look clinical, but very effective in terms of benefits.. I'm looking forward for the upcoming excercises similar to those sir.,if you have extra time. :)

Sorry for my english sir, but i really wnted u to know how i am thnkful for those tutorials and info you shared here..

More power to you and God bless your life, Sir.!Laugh

Many thanks for your comments.

I'm sure many of you understand how much work goes into setting up and maintaining a blog like this – it's immense.

The introduction of my Online Coaching Program took our involvement in the blog to a whole new level and hopefully it will be worth it.

We launched last week and have been delighted with feedback so far. The quality of the videos is much better than we have on the blog and they're much longer too.

If the program is successful, then will will allow us to make even more videos for players like you who really want to improve.

Hi sir! Thank u for the quick reply sir., and one thing that also amazes me is how quick u are in replying to posts,. it mustve been tiring, but it much more inspires me when experts/professionals like you are willing to help, guide, and even give FREE-lessons..

Dont u mind if its okey that i post my weekly performance/playability log and share my badminton experience?

I haven't been to any formal lessons or training before, but i learnt few basics of badminton way back 4 years of high school and two years of college.. I always join intramurals (sports fests) in our school, and lucky enough to win doubles and mixed doubles most of the times.. but ever since i stepped into a professional/standard court/game, i humbly admitted my lack of basic training, proper playing.. I know there are similar players here like me.. Who learnt in the hard way, and thru this online research/readings..

If its okey here, ill post my personal experience learning badminton, along ur guidance..ill post pictures of my games, my gears, and even videos.,

Thanks a lot Sir.Paul., for considerate attention and warm welcome..

I'll enjoy reading your log. You never know, there may be something in there to help others.
