I used to play singles once or twice a week but since injuries to players I know I’m only just getting back into it. After six months out playing only doubles once a week my singles form has really dropped! I’m thinking about four singles sessions may get me back to the standard I was six months ago but we’ll see! How long does it take you to recover form after time out? I’m thinking about jogging a couple of times a week but I’m not convinced that will make much difference. Comments?
