Ok, another minor injury. Hurt the back when I woke on Sunday morning, thought I had slept funny on it, very stiff on left side. As the day went on, pain went away 100%. I thought just needed a days rest and that I would try again this morning time. Same again woke at 5.30am with achy tight left side of my back.

I have obviously annoyed something here although now feels 100%. I will have to fix this tonight and see how it feels in the morning time. Im going to skip my Insanity til this clears up as the last thing i need is a back injury now with the league matches starting real soon

Keep you all up to date

Back is all good again.

Played badminton on tuesday with some singles at the end and felt good during it, no problems.

Ive been lazy since as ive that much on. Mite workout tonight but im tempted to just stop here and now lol.

If you want to get fit for badminton, i highly recommend the INSANITY program. It will def get you on the right track

Phil

The question is, what will happen if you stop? Are you then going to work out a maintenance program or let all of your hard work dissipate over time?

Paul
