That’s why I set up the forum in the first place. Lots of great advice from players around the world. Thanks to all who contributed.

Still, thanks a lot!

Last week I went to the badminton shop and I actually bought the SHB102MX. While I could move slightly better in the SHB85 I felt that I had a lot more support in the SHB102MX.
The shopkeeper also mentioned that they will have the SHB92 Yellow in stores next year.

It is really great to walk around in a store that only focusses on badminton, rather than a megastore with limited stock where there is no one to help you.

Hello everyone,

Finally, I won't be able to get my new SHB 101 LTD Blue and probably never get them due to a disagreement between me and my supplier. Long story…

But well, it's not like I don't have the choice. Considering the new collections of differents badminton manufacturers, I would like to try Victor as Yonex in the same time. Maybe I will go for the new SHB 102 as I need a lot of support but I really don't like the design Laugh

I will keep you informed if I have any interesting news while trying/testing them.

Jonathan

There will be new shoes available in 2012.

I expect SHB85 to be withdrawn in UK and europe in favour of SHB65FT. The name may change but essientially the shoe will be the same.

Yonex have a good range of shoes. Victor are a little slower into the market and cannot get pricing close to Yonex overall. They tend to make a slightly wider shoe compared to Yonex so it does suit some players more than others.

I currently use the SHB-SC5 shoe and can recommend it wholeheartedly.it really is a very good shoe witha decent amount of padding and grip

I have the SHB-92's in white/silver (standard) and they are £42 online which is a bargain for shoes that good.

I just received my new SHB65FT shoes. They look great but i haven't worn them yet.

I take a long time to wear shoes out because I only coach. If I was playing or coaching more often then it would still take me two years to wear my shoes out.

Paul, do you know if the gold SHB 86ltd version will be coming to the UK at the All England or will it be the standard white and orange ones only? How are you finding the new shoes? Have many pros opted to use these shoes?

Cheers
