Greetings people, just joined the forum. I'm most impressed and appreciative of all the racket reviews.Got my new z-slash a few weeks back and restrung it with BG66 ultimax at 27 lbs. Now,i'll need to restring it .
I'm more of a aggresive player. I prefer to send the shuttle to the back of the court and smash at almost every opportunity given.
However,i also like to play close to the net at times and do crosscourts.
I would like a string with good repulsion power and durability at the same time.
I prefer high tentions,say about 24-26 lbs
Currently i am considering BG66 ULTIMAX, BG68 Ti,BG80,BG85,BG 70 PRO,NANOGY 95 and NANOGY 98. Out of these strings mentioned, please give me 2 recommendations and the recommended tention (Main and Cross)
Thanks

Yonex racquets should be strung in 2 pieces. Mains should be less than crosses. So, if you want 25lbs, then strings mains at 24lbs and crosses at 26lbs.
Personally I prefer BG65Ti but I'd also recommend BG80 and I'm just about to test Ultimax so I'm looking forward to that. Overall I tend to find BG66 a very good string but prefer the slighty wider guage. That's my preference.
With regard to tension, the smaller head on Z Slash suggests you can string at a lower tension. 27lbs on a smaller head will be playing like 30+ lbs I expect. Recommended tension for Z Slash is 24lbs and anything above this will invalidate your warranty.
