There are many videos on grip on Youtube although one or two are dubious. My own video on the basic grip is available on my online coaching program. I will be filming a new video on grip very soon to replace this introductory video.

I’m intrigued.

What grips do you employ at the moment and what specific impact do they have on your play. You my be doing what many players do and be holding the racket too tightly. Even if your hand and finger placements are correct an over tight hold on the racket is going to inhibit the stroke as well a the ability to effect a fast grip change, forehand to backhand etc.
I’M looking forward to your video update Paul. As you said, a lot of info out there regarding grips, not all of it helpful.

At the moment i have a queue of videos to release into the Online Program and a few in editing. In addition to this i need to re-record the grips video but by editor-in-chief wasn’t happy with the one I tried at a leisure centre as it didn’t quite get all of my hand in the shot.

With holidays approaching it may be a challenge too far, however let’s wait and see!
