Hello all

Kindly help me choose a racket for singles play.

My shortlisted options:

Arc 8DX

VT 80

VTZ

Currently I am using a VT70 3U. The only problem I face at times is of controlling the shuttle.

Regards

Matrix

Hi Matrix,

Given that you are already using a high end racket I would say your issue is with technique rather than your racket. A different high end racket won't help you control the shuttle any better.

In your position I'd spend £150 on coaching, you'll see far more benefit from that than a new racket, especially as you already have an excellent racket.

Hi Rob

Thanks for your kind inputs.

What I meant was I am used to VT 70 3U. Are my shortlisted options very different from what I am used to ?

Ofcourse I will invest in coaching. Just wanted to know if a stiff racket will help me control my power. With a VT70, at times, I am unable to control the power generated.
