Interesting comment on the i slash, I was surprised to see it with a flexible shaft and even balance with an rrp of £160!

I feel Yonex are trying to hard to make a racket for everyones preferences rather than quality rackets..

Paul, I read your Arcsaber 8dx review, How easy do you find it to generate power? The ‘very stiff’ flexibily on the yonex site put me off a bit.

8DX is a powerful racket.

Before you decide on your next racket, have you read my article on choosing a racket. If not, please do so as there are some very important questions you need to answer first.

i'm looking forward to your nanoray 800 review.
I need a new racket, the frame of both of my nanospeed 9000 broke this month.

Nanoray 800 review will be completed this week.

If you have a NS9900 i would not invest in Nanoray 800. It's fall short of the mark.

I agree that Voltric9 isn't very good – too much vibration for me.

I have also tested i-slash and will be posting my review within the next day or so. That didn't impress me either.

Paul,

I've noticed the i-slash review but can't find the VT9 one. Am I missing it or has it not been posted up yet?

I've just read it with interest. Can't say that I've noticed the vibration you mentioned (good chance I'm not experienced enough to know what I'm looking for) but I have noticed the pain it gave me. However, I seem to be on the road to fettling that by the happy accident of adding a thicker overgrip than my more usual thin super grap over the original.
