i played against someone that can play both hand it is really useful is there any way to practise that?

If you swap hands when playing you’ll have one side that is still weaker & would think you would lose valuable time whilst changing hands. Only my thoughts…

Even if the player was fast at switching their racquet to the other hand, they still have to have a dominant side and I would capitalise on the opposite side.

 

Also, it is very touch to change the racquet and move at the same time so I would make sure I gave this player very little time to respond to a given situation, therefore restricting their ability to switch.
