Hi All
Just thought I’d ask if any of you use or have tried any physical coaching aids and what improvement,if any, they have made to your game.
A couple that I use for smash accuracy are :
A plastic chair placed about center court and random feed to rear court. Players score 1 point for hitting the back and 2 for the seat.
Badminton Penaltys. Take 2 feather tubes and cut one in half for the posts then place the other tube across the top for the crossbar.Same feeding and you could award points for hitting posts and crossbar as well as scoring.

I’ve found these 2 simple aids very effective and great fun for the players.

Look forward to your posts.

Roger
