Not sure this is the right place to ask but here goes.

Does anyone know of a good sports injury specialist around the London area ?

I don't know the exact problem as it's for a friend and not me.

Have you looked insearch engines? Have you tried to find a sports injuries association who would have a database of qualified members?

Second thoughts…
 
If you don’t find a physio using this method, why not try phoning football clubs who play in the locality your friend lives and see if they can tell you who their physio is. If the club is big enough they may have the details on their website.
 
Also, try your friends local GP. They may have more information as they refer patients for physio.
