No probs Amit.

I have used this is past and I will be using it everyday from now to to really ramp up my game. Theres a book called “10-Minute Toughness: The Mental Training Program for Winning Before the Game Begins” by Jason selks (Link below)

I suggest if you really want to accelerate ur game and learn more about the mind, get this book and do it!! Im in the process of doing it but it does work, jus requires a bit of work 10 mins and dedication (doing it everyday).

I used the techniques on my serve last nit as past whil ive been getting too quick and jumpy on my serve. I was able to slow down and serve the way I want under pressure which was really nice 🙂

Well done or ur success but you have to keep the attitude all the time whether against better players or worse players. Crush every1!!!!!!!!!

That's a good tip. Sadly, it didn't fix your legs though did it? (wink wink)

I def have to thank you Paul personally for fixing my leg problem. I was playing another better comp last tues and got to the final of the mens doubles and not a hint or heavy legs!! My legs felt as fresh as a daisy!!! So once again thanks Paul. It was a very close final but I just lost in 3 games. Last game 21 – 18!! Was great match. Epic would be a word so I was very happy. I played better in final actually than any other match that night lol.

It is really nice to hear about your gowth and the success you are achieving. Sadly as it is not tournament season in goa and it wont be for another 3 months i have no way of testing mine. This week i was really pushing it all the way and beat the u19 top seed a few times and absolutely destroyed everyone else. They were all easy games but i am not quite able to beat them under-5 just yet.

Sadly i cant find a copy of the book fo sale in India

Thank you all so much for your advise

Cheers

Amit

It looks like you are also on the way to success from your results. Perhaps you need to get scores under 15, then under 10, then under 7 before working towards 5. Too much too soon can create far too much pressure. The fact that you are getting relatively easy wins against your opponents suggests you have make remarkable progress and you should be very happy with that.
