Hi everybody,

Name: Lukas

Age: 19

Country: Belgium

I play around 4 hours a week especially competition. I found this website when I was looking for reviews about some racquets. Now I play with a Sotx Power Boss Woven 9A. I’m still searching for a new racquet but here in Belgium they don’t have demo days.

My objectives for the season 2010-2011 in Badminton is to be ranked C1. This still not high but it’s already the thirth year that I try.

Hi Lukas

Welcome to the forum.

If you’ve been trying to gain C1 status for the last 3 years, what are you going to do different this year to ensure you make it?

What areas of your game do you need to improve to guarantee you will qualify for C1?

Let us know so we can help you achieve your goals.

To your success

Paul

Hi Paul,

In the beginning of this year I was injured so I missed 2 tournaments and on the tournaments I need to play with plastic shuttles but in the competition I play with feather shuttles. That’s the first problem and I didn’t train a lot this year and last year the training was not “good” enough. Now I don’t train anymore, I just play friendly matches or competition or tournaments.

If you reach in our competition 10 points than your status will be raised. Now I have 8 points but there is only 1 match left and I hope that I win against a C1 than I get 2 points and I hope that I will raise.

Maybe the weekend that will come can I win the tournament but I think not. I hope so.
