Hey Paul and everyone else, I found this site a few weeks ago looking for some infos 'bout the Voltric 70 after seeing it in my local shop. Great site with lots of good tips and reviews, props for that!

I'm 15 and I have been playing badminton for 6 years now. I've reached a really good level of play, beeing among the very best my age here.

I'm a control player who doesn't really have any glaring weakness (except for my backhand at the back of the court sometimes, but there I can play a forehand overhead most of the time) and relies on court coverage.

My racquet of choice is the Arcsaber 10, although I look forward to testing and likely buying one of the new Voltric racquets because my AT900P is about to break. I had the fortune of someone in my club lending the Voltric 70 to me for a few shuttles and I was really amazed about the amount of control it offers, in a similar but probably even better way than my Arc10.

Looking forward to having a good time around here, greets!

Hiya Yves,

you'll find this site is just about the best online resource for articles and reference,  and Paul is a master of understanding the fundamentals of the game whilst also offering advice for the less obvious (but equally important) stuff too. If you've chance have a look through the archived articles and posts,  there's an insane amount of information  🙂

welcome aboard !

Thanks Yves for those kind words.

I still feel we've a long way to go and there's so much we haven't covered yet.

It's a shame some of you don't live around the corner from me. Otherwise I'd invite you along to help me with filming. This way I could release more coaching videos and expand my Online Coaching Program too.

Maybe we need to throw open a topic about “what are all the tiny things you'd like to know or put right about your game”. Maybe, we'd get a better response from the “quiet” members who seem to register and then don't bother contributing which is such a shame. What do you think?

I think such a “Short Question – Short Answer” Topic (if it's that what you mean) would be great because then you don't have to open a new thread for every little question. This is also more clearly arranged.

And yes, it really is a shame the members don't live closer together, but that's what the internet's for I suppose.
