Well I was in another competition last Tues nit and once again reached the final of the mens doubles. Got put out of the singles against my good friend who is in the final and favourite to win it!! I was tired with him which is down to needing to be fitter but my legs were not that same heavy from doing nothing issue

In the final, my legs felt fantastic. They felt great. I had slight nerves but nothing over powering and I was moving and playing great. Actually played my best in the final! Struggled in the semis I dont know why but I was able to work my butt off and win it in 3 games. Crushed them in 3rd game!!!!!

So a massive thanks to Paul and his help with sorting this problem out for me for good!!! Its nice not to be fearful of going to a comp because of this problem. You know the skill is there but when u physically cant move, not much you can do about it!! So Thanks so much!! 😀

(Got a mixed comp on tonight at a higher standard than wot I am at so im really looking forward to show them what I can do!! Il keep u updated about how the legs do but I know they will be 100% 😉
