I've done the standing on a table and feeding routine many times. It's very good practice for players and certainly sharpens your defense.

hi paul,

i am new here i want to ask tha do you help players here in some little thing like shuttlecocks and nets will you buy these things to players as a gift.as i n my country good shuttlecocks are very lessand if they are then very expensive atleast 30 $ for a shuttlecock.

I do not get any discount on shuttles. I'm not a charity I'm afraid and therefore cannot help any player or organisation get free stuff.
