So what does this medium flex, even balance racket bring to the court?

Yonex Arcsaber 7 Pro Badminton Racket Review – Video Transcript

If you are looking for an even balance superfast frame, for doubles, then perhaps I have the answer for you.

Let me introduce you to the Yonex Arcsaber 7 Pro

This was launched following the success of the Arcsaber 11 Pro.

Arcsabers are very, very popular amongst the professional players and the original Arcsaber 11 has been in production for many, many years past the demise or finish of the original Arcsaber series, but the 11 was so popular amongst the professional players that they continued making it.

Yonex have done a great job, they have re-engineered the racket completely and brought out the Arcsaber 11 Pro,
which was a stiffer version of the racket we’re going to discuss today.

So what has changed?

Well, we have a completely different frame. This is a lot more aerodynamic than the original, which is brilliant. It means it’s a lot faster through the air.

This is also a lot stronger frame so we can string to higher tensions.

As with the original 7 we have a medium flex shaft, which means that we’ve got a lot more maneuverability with the racket.

Already this has found favour with the professional players, with many switching to it and it’s going to be a huge success with league players, club players, who want that sort of speed around the net, they want something that is fast when they’re hitting from the rear court, they want something that’s going to be great defensively.

Well, this is going to be one of those rackets.

Not quite as head heavy as the 11 Pro, and certainly not a stiff as the 11 Pro, so it’s a lot more forgiving, but what a great racket.

This comes in a 4U G5 version in the UK.

There are other versions in terms of the lower priced, like the play for instance, the are copies of this both don’t have the same technology.

For me, this is a super fast racket.

I love the fact that you can do so much with this, especially for those players around the net that need fast interceptions, really sweet net shots, not looking to do as much hitting from the rear court although this will be more than capable of hitting with power.

Some players can hit powerfully with lighter headed rackets others need the head heavy versions that depends on you and your style.

But if you’re looking for a racket that is so maneuverable but strong and will deliver every time, then here you go.

So if you haven’t tried it, it’s well worth you popping to your retailer and seeing if you can borrow a demo racket.

This is the Arcsaber 7 Pro.

I will see you on another video very soon.
